ELECTRICITY SUPPLY RESTORED
IN NEW SOUTH WALES
The Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) advises that following an earlier power
system incident in New South Wales, all residential and commercial load has now been
restored.
The power system incident impacted on approximately 1000MW of residential and
commercial load.
AEMO can also confirm that the incident occurred as a result of electricity infrastructure
being affected by a bushfire in the Newcastle region.
